Casa Sarvaega offers two spacious double bedrooms, each with a fully equipped private bathroom. On request, the rooms can be connected, making it an ideal solution for families or small groups. From the inside, you have direct access to the sea-view terrace and private panoramic garden, where you will find a table and deckchairs to enjoy the hillside tranquility.

We had one of the best Airbnb experiences! The accommodation is beautiful, and the antique elements of the house are wonderfully integrated into the design. You are welcomed in an incredibly warm way and immediately feel at home. You look at the sea, the area is wildly romantic, and the breakfast is fantastic. Everything top-notch!
Casa Sarvaega is easily accessible through a private pedestrian entrance with a gate. To access the rooms, you must climb a short staircase of 13 steps; therefore, the property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The rooms are on the ground floor and have direct access to the panoramic garden. Although private parking is not available, it is generally possible to park for free on the street nearby, as the area is quiet and hillside, only 7 minutes by car from Chiavari’s center.
The house has been recently renovated, but original historic elements, such as exposed stone, have been preserved. Although treated with suitable products, the presence of natural materials may not be suitable for people with severe asthma or significant allergies.

From the A12 Motorway (Genoa-Livorno):
Recommended exit: Chiavari. From there, it is about 7 km (10 minutes by car). Follow signs for Chiavari, then take SS1 and continue toward Lavagna.
From Chiavari Train Station:
The Guest House is 5 km from the station, about 10 minutes by car. You can take a taxi or, if you arrive before 7:00 pm, you can rent cars, scooters, or bicycles directly in Chiavari. Local public transport (buses) is limited and only operates on call at specific times, so we recommend planning ahead.
From Genoa Airport (Cristoforo Colombo):
The airport is about 45 km away (about 40 minutes by car). You can take a taxi or rent a car directly at the airport.
We strongly recommend having your own means of transport (car, scooter, or bicycle) to comfortably explore the area and reach the beaches, trails, and nearby villages.
Public transport (buses) is limited and operates only on call at specific times, exclusively in the summer season. Alternatively, you can rent a car, scooter, or bike in Chiavari, but please note rentals are available only until 6:30/7:00 pm on weekdays (closed on Sundays).
